Session Format

Initial Consultation (40 minutes): A thorough assessment of your history, current symptoms, and goals. May extend to 1–2 sessions depending on history, records review, and your preference. You will leave with a clear clinical impression and proposed treatment pathway.

Follow-up / Medication Management (20 minutes): Regular review appointments to monitor progress, adjust treatment, and ensure your care remains responsive. Follow-up sessions available in 20-minute increments.

In-person & Telehealth: All appointment types are available both in-person at our clinic locations and via HIPAA-compliant secure video consultation.

After-Hours Crisis Appointments: Available at 1.5× standard fee for urgent situations.
